Unidentified Flying Charlotte

This is actually a cropped version of the Mallard Water Tower, located in Charlotte, NC. I decided to leave only the very top of the tower (located at the very bottom center) set against a clear sky backdrop. The idea was to give the illusion of a flying saucer (UFO) hovering at the very base of the photo. The hope was to startle the viewer when they finally noticed the "UFO" after examining the sky. In celebration of Charlotte NC’s 250th birthday, Charlotte Water branded a water tank for the first time ever in the history of the utility.
